Winterbourne Parish Council: Meet the third Wednesday of the month normally at 7.30pm in the Ron Burton Room of the Winterbourne Glebe Hall; 19th March, 16th April, 21st May. The Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Thursday March 27th 7pm at the Glebe Hall. Refreshments available. Open to all residents, this is an opportunity to discuss matters of local interest such as traffic speed control, local amenities, grounds maintenance and flooding. If you would like any particular topic to be covered please let our parish clerk Tekla Hicks know at clerk-parishcouncil@thewinterbournes.org.uk.
Local elections will be held on 1st May, and this will include elections for Winterbourne Parish Council. To ensure a full council we will need new members, and we encourage anyone interested to consider nomination. Nominations open on 12th March and close on 2nd April. Community Days: Saturdays 22nd February, 22nd March, 26th April, 9am to 12noon. Meet in village playground carpark, all ages welcome. Drop in Café: March 5th, 19th, April 2nd, 16th, 30th, May 14th, 28th and every 2 weeks. 2pm to 4.30pm. Winterbourne Glebe Hall. No charge but donations welcomed. IT support now available – bring your phone, ipad or laptop for free advice.
Jumble Sale: March 1st 2pm in the Glebe Hall. Jumble can be left on the day from 9am to 11am. No electrical items please. Proceeds to Glebe Hall and Salisbury Hospice.

Winterbourne C of E Primary School: This term we performed alongside 8000 other children at the Young Voices concert at the O2. Learning has been enhanced through a wide range of trips from Fishbourne Palace and Salisbury Museum to local welly walks. Sports Teams have represented the school. Our next event is The Figsbury Challenge Run on the afternoon of Saturday 26th May; marshals and runners from the village are warmly
welcomed. As we now have a few spaces for new pupils, please contact school for a visit.
